QuickShip™ Warehouse Guidelines
- QuickShip warehouses do not accept orders or returns.
- For orders, shipping updates, or product returns, always contact Horton Customer Service.
- If requested parts are not in stock at a QuickShip warehouse, Customer Service can assist with alternatives.
Ordering, Shipping, & Delivery Options
Orders are shipped from the warehouse closest to you, based on part availability.
- Standard Shipping: Horton covers the cost of standard shipping through our preferred carrier.
- Customer-Arranged Shipping: You may arrange your own shipping; please indicate your preferred QuickShip service.
- Expedited Shipping: Available upon request (additional fees may apply).
Will-Call Pickup: Available at Horton warehouses. Contact Customer Service for details. - Drop-Ship Service: Available to all customers upon request.
